This is a two story house approximately 25 yards from the beach. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room and dining room adjacent to the kitchen, and an over sized 2 car garage. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 fulls, 1 twin/full bunk bed) and a full bathroom with shower and tub, there is also a full size crib.

There is also a washer and dryer downstairs. The upstairs features the master bedroom which has a queen bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, 50 inch flat screen TV with HD cable, and a private balcony. The kitchen has all new appliances with gas stove and oven. Adjoining the kitchen is a bar area which leads into the living and dining area, which has a gas fireplace and another 50 inch flat screen TV with HD cable and DVD ready to go. There is also a large dining table which can easily seat 8 and can expand for larger groups. Off the living area is another very large balcony to enjoy the coastal weather. The house also features an over sized 2 car garage which allows for most sand toys and large trucks to be parked indoors and out of the elements.

The location of this house can’t get much better, approximately 25 yards from the beach and less than a block from the entrance to Oceano Dunes OHV State Park. Enjoy swimming, surfing, building sand castles or riding your sand toys to your heart’s content. All within walking distance from this wonderful vacation home. The home is also less than 5 minutes from the Pismo Beach pier, and approximately 10 minutes from San Luis Obispo.
